NTBF – New buildings for the towns in Tribes of the East 3.1.

Perhaps someone could add something like the ability to hire neutral creatures (like in Heroes 4 for the Sylvan faction) as an alternative to some of the existing creatures.
For example, wolves for the Wolf Den instead of Bone Throwers, etc.
And I wouldn't mind Phoenixes instead of Arcane Dragons/Lava Golems.
