NTBF – New buildings for the towns in Tribes of the East 3.1.

Perhaps someone could add something like the ability to hire neutral creatures (like in Heroes of Might and Magic IV for the Sylvan faction) as an alternative to some of the existing creatures. For example, wolves for the Wolf Den instead of Bone Throwers, and so on. And I wouldn't mind having Phoenixes instead of Arcane Dragons/Lava Golems.
