And the Necropolis faction has its own advantages, and light magic for the Haven faction isn't such a useless thing after all, and training is good, and the high cost of the Archdevil is the biggest drawback for the Inferno faction, and runes are great, and minor artifacts are good, and Arcane Wave is wonderful... and so on and so forth.
Conclusion: there is balance, and the balance is good!
