We played on L; I spent 2 of my restarts. Luck was on my side: I reached the center by turn 122, then ran around, grabbed 3 Dragon Utopia and a lot of other interesting things, and towards the end, the second player went on the attack. I seized all the towns on the info respawn and killed the noobs there. Then comes the surrender.
