:smile05: I think this cry from the heart embodies a protest not only against cat-haters but also against all animal-haters. And I completely agree with it.
In general, I've always believed that animals are better than people.
I remember an incident from when I was very young. My friends and I were taking out the trash (it was boring to do it alone, as we had to walk through three courtyards, almost to another bus stop). As soon as we started throwing out the trash, we heard someone whimpering sadly. We immediately stopped. We searched all around the trash cans, in the bushes, and found nothing... At first, we didn't understand, but then we realized that the squeaking was coming from one of the trash cans. Since we were little, we couldn't look inside and certainly couldn't get the poor animals out. We found a long stick and started poking around in the trash. By jumping up and down, we determined that the object was in a bag. We pulled it out, untied it, and found puppies, so small that their eyes hadn't even opened yet. A kind man gave us 10 rubles for milk, but he didn't take a puppy because he said he had a big dog at home. We fed them with a pipette. We tried to give them away to everyone, and I, being the most sensitive, cried endlessly. In the end, we gave them all away by evening. And the breed was definitely not mongrels, but Shar-Peis or some other "wrinkled" dogs. We considered ourselves heroines because two little girls saved five lives....
And finally, it's a pity that people are so heartless... it's very sad... :smile05:
