Good versus Evil - II

The group stage is over, and there are no excuses from his side; everyone had time to play, even Jonny P, who, according to him, ignored the game for two weeks. It's unclear why everyone has to wait for one person; there's at least another week of real time needed for the remaining matches. On the league, they would have given those technical losses long ago, and the game would have continued normally. The judging is very lenient. Since I'm a judge on the league, I know what I'm talking about. The maximum time I would allow for completing matches is three days, and even then, only if all the other judges voted for it.

The coin flip isn't ideal.

Could you elaborate if possible? Doesn't the coefficient solve the problem? (Delaying rounds so everyone waits for 1-2 people isn't a good solution. They could play on RTA; the games there take a maximum of 2 hours.)
