This time, the Necropolis faction had a really good setup. A tavern hero with 35 gremlins enters, a mini-consort is nearby, there's a zombie trainer, and a scholar is present. Then, Geon with slow and Ranlu with haste and a ballista join the battle. On turn 112, Tant takes the consort, passes it to Isra, who easily kills 120 zombies, and we get an attack. Then, Ranlu defends against the Necropolis hero. There's also a consort thrall with a good stack, plenty of money, perks, and a watchtower. The opponent is losing.
