Good start, 12 archers from the start with Ivor, a 5-hero spread, and scouting revealed 3 external dwellings of unicorns, 2 Dragon Fly Hives, +3 shield, +6 sword. Papa Ivor picked up a Loga, and Gurni also arrived. By turn 113, I gathered 2 unicorn external dwellings, collected stat artifacts, went for the 3rd external dwelling - guarded by 20+ snipers, defending the dwelling and 3 resources. I expected about 20 snipers, and then with a volley, ideally they shouldn't have killed a unicorn, so they'd shoot at single units/minotaurs from the refuge. In the end, there turned out to be 30 snipers - they didn't forgive that.
