That's because your hero in the party has reached the maximum experience level. It offers all sorts of useless things, like tactics or something else ((although I didn't come to that location to max out a specific skill)). I should try it out. I'm just playing through the game, trying to spend as little time as possible and using as few troops as possible)):smile54:. I'm happy with that, and if I get into trouble, I start collecting everything, down to the last pile of wood, ore, or gold.
