It's naive to think that the game will run smoothly on a tablet or a PC with 4GB of RAM.

It's naive to think that you understand anything about tablets. Next year, a lot of tablets with Core M7 6Y75 and 4GB of RAM will be released. Considering that by that time there will be a lot of patches, the game will run smoothly on these tablets. And if we're lucky and the developers try hard, it will be possible to choose a weaker (cheaper) processor, but all of them will have 4GB of RAM.
