Redwhite said on stream yesterday that redrash is banned on the mirror match. The HeroesWorld rules don't mention anything about the mirror match. Explanations need to be added regarding the rules for redrash, unit blocking, whether obelisks are banned in Necro towns, and scrolls of levels 4-5. Without this information, you could get a techport penalty.
If there are no special stipulations, the default rules for L-templates apply. I think that's obvious. It's unclear why the mirror match was included in the tournament in this (in my opinion unplayable) form, but that's a question for the organizers (or rather, the left foot of Romantik).
