Andreas submitted his application around the 15th, plus or minus a day, I don't remember exactly, but he didn't submit it through the button; he just wrote, "Please register me for the tournament." :) He's new to the forum and didn't understand, and this was discovered after Kostya included everyone who had registered. We agreed that if someone withdrew or didn't send the list of captains, he would get their spot. Everyone sent their lists, but TNO and Artbocha withdrew, and that's how Andreas got into the tournament.
