an elemental instead of a gremlin is not necessary (out of those four neutral creatures); in general, this question is not the most important - if necessary, you can leave the gremlin - we need a ranged attacker with repair/sabotage skills - we will get the first three levels: gargoyle, gremlin, golem. but if possible, they should still be replaced.
Could you give them a fire sprite from the elemental mod?
