Heroes VII

It doesn't always launch. The game crashes after the stained glass window appears, but sometimes it loads properly... How can I fix this?

Maybe you should contact technical support? Although it's unlikely they'll be able to help, it's still worth a try. I personally haven't experienced this problem.
