There were always 2 Guilds on the fifth floor, with Library 3. Travel spells didn't drop because they aren't scripted to appear in this mission.

Yes, haha, but I thought there were two. Maybe it was also scripted in some missions, because I definitely remember encountering Guilds with only one fifth-circle spell somewhere. But I just can't remember now if it was in the Tribes of the East campaign or not.
