Heroes VII

Please help, I've been struggling for a day now and can't launch Heroes 7, it keeps crashing to the desktop.

I had one save file that kept crashing. Strangely enough, it was fixed by simply running the game in compatibility mode for my Windows version. Try it, you never know...
