Heroes VII

Help! I've been struggling for a day now and can't get Heroes 7 to launch. It keeps crashing to the desktop when it starts loading after the intro videos. A circle spins in the bottom right corner for 1 minute, and then it crashes to the desktop. CPU: Phenom 1055T GPU: Radeon 6670 3GB RAM: 4GB I formatted the hard drive and installed a clean version of Windows 7 64-bit, build 7601. I tried two different builds, one with Uplay and one with Maxagent. With the Maxagent build, the necessary Visual C++ libraries were automatically installed. DirectX says it doesn't need to be updated. .NET Framework 4.5.2 is installed. But it still crashes! What should I do? Help!
