Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

I'd rather just stop organizing tournaments altogether if I'm forced to put in extra effort for someone who treats me like that. Why should I try and get negativity in return?

As Witch already said, the problem lies in the way the issue was addressed. It's more honest and respectful to directly explain that someone is problematic and unpleasant to communicate with, rather than taking the position of "I said it; if you don't like it, change the forum."
