The only question is, did you have Attack and Ranged skills as secondary skills? In Paragon, the damage from Ranged attacks (50% + 10% bow + 15% fletching) plays a very significant role.

As I wrote earlier, no, I played without Ranged, but with Expert Fire...
and what's even more important, I had lower stats than the computer because I attacked most of the opponent's heroes in Cursed Armor (I attacked in armor anyone I slowed down with), so basically, I only took it off a few times, which is why I had significantly lower stats - as a result, I used many times more mana...
but when replenishing mana, I changed the hero's gear to maximize Knowledge...
