In connection with my complaint to the Arbitration Committee (AK) regarding the unilateral decision of Zloy Romantik to exclude me from this tournament without justification, indication of reasons, or evidence of violations, I request that the organizers and judges reinstate me in the tournament until the AK makes a decision on the merits of this issue. In the event that the AK confirms the correctness of Zloy Romantik's decision, I can be replaced by any of the remaining registered players, as I will likely be placed on the 3rd or 4th board of the team based on skill level and rating (e.g., Simon 5760).
