Unfortunately, this kind of incident is not that rare. Map creators need to remember well: there should be at least 2, and preferably 3, free cells for landing from a boat on the shore. And they also need to remember that during landing, the game perceives events as objects, and it is impossible to land in a cell with an event!
I can't offer any advice on editing the save file. I can only suggest another option: use a cheat code to give a secondary hero Flight, fly over the griffins, kill them, and then dismiss this hero or hide him in the city. Unfortunately, in the end, you will get the status of a cheater.

what is the point of giving 3k ore for 1 knowledge? There is no path to the promised helmet behind this Tower.
