I placed bears in the citadel on week 1, on week 2 I took 2 cons and rushed to the center, since the passage to the treasure zone was along rough terrain. Through the central zone I captured all of the opponent's towns, to whom I had actually given the treasure zone and the super-treasure zone. I chased after him — I had to buy my way out. Then I kept all the castles under control and waited for his return from the treasure zone; he came out at my respawn — I killed his main, but another hero was following him with a supply of ducks and angels from the treasure zone. I broke into the opponent's starting castle, reconverted about 200 skeletons, bought the 2-week growth, and won. Thorvald, thanks for the game!!!
In short — I made a bunch of mistakes myself, and my opponent punished me for them. If I hadn't thrown like a noob, I'd have had 100+ more skeletons in the first fight, went the wrong way, did the wrong things. My opponent did well, which I can't say about my own play. A well-deserved victory.
