One for all and all for one 4

So, registration is now closed for this timely Bishop application. As a result, we have 85 people, which will make 20 teams of 4 people. What to do with the remaining 5 people still needs to be decided; perhaps they will form a strategic reserve for the 4th bracket, or perhaps someone will not send their list of captain choices (which confirms their registration) and will be disqualified.
Therefore, each of those who registered must send me or Palach by September 30th inclusive via ICQ or private message a list of 20!!! nicknames (no more and no less) of those they consider worthy of captaincy, and wait for our message confirming that the list has been received.
Those who do not send this list will be considered to have withdrawn their application to participate and will not participate in this tournament.
