I can’t install patch 1.1.

Respect to all Heroes! I came to ask for your advice. The problem is this: I installed Heroes 5, downloaded patch 1.1, but it won't install!!! It says that the game is not installed or installed incorrectly! I have no idea what to do! I tried editing the registry - it doesn't help!!!
P.s. If the situation is hopeless, then please tell me how to fix the translation, because I'm already tired of playing with this clumsy Russian! Thanks in advance!!!
