Tactics for playing as the Dwarves.

Could you please tell me if Soldier's Luck affects all these abilities? Such as Bear Paw, Roar that emboldens archers, and Crippling Javelin.

Soldier's Luck gives a chance for a skill to trigger twice in one turn. For example, if a stunning attack fails, you immediately get a second attempt. If the chance to stun was 50%, meaning every other attempt, then with a high probability, the stun will work within two attempts. And the chance of triggering depends on the relative strength of the units. Also, as already mentioned, the range affects the Bear Paw attack, and Fiery Aura works better on smaller units. The Thunderclap rune should also trigger more often with Soldier's Luck.
