Good amount of cons dropped, but the lack of a vivi stack would have been a big problem in FB if the stat chances had been there...
But alas, my Dragon Utopia gave 3 scrolls, bracers, red orb, Admiral's Hat, vest +12 Attack, and Diplomat's Ribbon; I never found any other Dragon Utopias or artifacts...
I built Mage Guild level 4 under a Town Portal scroll, almost finished level 5 under a Dimension Door scroll, but the map was already eaten by then and there was nothing left for me to catch...
