We played with restructuring and two-sided maps... I restructured the 5th floor...
Hmm. Interesting point. In WoG, when restructuring a GM in a Tower with an existing library, the spells from the library didn't change, but here it seems that a Tower town on a high-level map is a mega-imba. I think this isn't right.
