I repeat, a race that has nothing to do with magic cannot be strong. Since it cannot counter the Phoenix, it can only attack it with its units, while we can summon it again.:D There are also many powerful spells, such as Dominate, Berserk, Weakness, etc.
And regarding the weakness of Necropolis, we have a whole crowd of people playing Heroes here, so let's ask them which is weaker, NECROPOLIS or HEAVEN'S GATE.:D

Regarding the balance, I want to say that it is generally average, and Inferno is indeed weak, but they have Gating and Pit Lords that can destroy the Phoenix, this is the only thing that saves them for now.:smile10:
