RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

For the dwarves, each volcanic eruption is the most important event, as it is an opportunity to pay tribute to the god Arkath. Rune priests inscribe the bodies of volunteers with powerful symbols, connecting them to fire, and the volunteers then climb into the volcano's mouth; those who survive the trial of the god become fire giants, as their bodies are now mixed with the elements of fire and stone. Upon their return home, they are honored as heroes and chosen by Arkath.
