It would be better to restrict access to the game for random usernames who don't care about the game and Mortulus. If I remember correctly, there hasn't been a single game where Mortulus has been of any use. Therefore, even if there is a severe shortage of players, I suggest not including Mortulus under any circumstances. And yes, of course, Revanka, Plesenka, and Vishmaster are also not exactly shining stars in this game, but they can be forgiven because, overall, they are good guys.
