A cheating skill. To be honest, if used skillfully, it drastically shifts the balance of power in the desired direction. This has been confirmed in recent battles. Without a map strategy, I was hesitant; with a strategy, I won, almost without any losses. And it was the strategy that made this possible. Or, if everyone immediately spreads out with a full population, then I agree that some of the value of the strategy is diminished... I just don't remember a single instance where I learned to play and the population was all spread out.
