Interesting stuff - on 113 I killed 65-70 regular Medusas and got a relief in the box. As for respawns, 2 external dwellings of Minotaurs, one Griffin Conservatory of tier 2 or 3, 2 Hives with 16 creatures each. I confidently reached 122, then some running around and such, eventually attacked an opponent on another respawn with an advantage in stats and army.
