The advantage in HotA isn't that significant when playing against a mirror match, but the difference in tempo is noticeable.

No, it won't happen. And in general, specifically in a mirror match with the "new" creature banks, Brox isn't overpowered at all; Tamika is much better.
The new creature banks are what ruined the mirror match and prevented it from becoming popular among SOD players. IMHO.
