Regarding the 4 players, here's what I have to say. Now, if a member of your team drops out, it's permanent. Replacements will be prohibited throughout the tournament.
There are 4 people on the team because in this tournament, all replacements for players who have dropped out are PROHIBITED, which will also add variety – who to choose? A strong player, but one who has a habit of dropping out of tournaments (we have such players), or an average player, but one who plays to the end.
Here, I would like to distinguish between dropping out and quitting, and withdrawing for a valid reason. I play all tournaments to the end, but it may happen that I may be called up for military service. The reason for withdrawing from the tournament is not up to me. If it will not be possible to make a replacement in such a case, I will let down the people on the team.
Perhaps it would be worth giving the right to make 1 replacement from players who did not participate in the tournament for such objective situations?
