1) 4 players on a team is ridiculous... the Tournaments are already dragging on when there are scheduling conflicts among 3 players.
2) These transfers still haven't been removed, what the heck?
3) What about the templates? Why has the number changed!?
In my opinion, after 3 Tournaments in this discipline, they should have changed minor things, like point number two that I mentioned above! I don't understand why they introduced point number one and changed point number three... the discipline took a long time to develop, and changing the main criteria seems wrong...
There are 4 people on a team because in this Tournament, all substitutions of players who drop out are FORBIDDEN, which will also add variety – who to choose? A strong player, but one who has a habit of dropping out of Tournaments (we have such players), or an average player, but one who plays to the end :) and, accordingly, with 4 players, the loss of one is problematic, but not as critical as with 3, and there will be fewer meaningless matches, because before, with a score of 2-0, you could not play, but now it's a little more difficult, considering that the teams need to equalize, and it will be more difficult to get a 3-0 score.
Regarding transfers... there are cases when a captain chooses a player, and this player really doesn't want to play on that team, he just doesn't want to, and I think that not only captains should have a choice, but each member of the team as well. I've already had to deal with internal team problems, and I don't want to repeat that experience, so the transfer system was left in place.
I've already written about the templates – more templates mean more variety.
