Last year, a player would suggest 3 templates from the entire pool, and the second player would choose one of them. In the second round, the process was reversed.

In this tournament, they decided to move away from this practice and return to the standard draft without any vetoes. When asked, "Why 15?" the decision was made to increase the variability of the draft. Templates like 8x12a, 8x8a, and even the "Christmas Tree" are rarely used anymore, so why not give these templates a chance? What's wrong with that? Are you upset about spending an extra 30 seconds of your time on a couple of extra drafts? Maybe someone will enjoy drafting the "Christmas Tree" and playing on it, so why not?
