Reworking the creature composition in towns.

1. I took the base from Heroes of Might and Magic VII because I was very disappointed with the creature roster and their models. It would be nice to implement this in a global mod or recreate the world of Heroes before the appearance of Ashan. 2. What does "not lore-friendly" mean? 3. Gargoyles shouldn't be renamed because they are half-reptiles (dragon-like).
