Decided to save on centaurs and elves, opting for ranged units on roads instead. First, I lost two knights, thinking it wouldn't matter much; then I lost two more knights and two more in the castle (I didn't have enough money to buy more). What a mess. There was a night elf ambush, and a Pandora box worth 5,000 gold. My Mephala was well-leveled.
