It was a tough game: we played in three stages. On the starting location, I had 113 Goshan (Figure 1, he's at level 121), 1 Angel, and 3 small dragons (a total of 5). That was it, but I still managed to reach level 121 through a free Gate of Oblivion (Figure 2). There was grass nearby, so it was a bit dangerous. I ran around in all directions, but the center was empty, with no free resources, only ranged units like Strong Zealots and Cyclops, against whom it's hard to fight without tactics or Haste. While I was running around aimlessly back and forth and capturing the 2nd central castle – the dungeon and the castle – the opponent appeared with a good army through his own Gate of Oblivion (a horde of Necromancer units). He destroyed 2 Pandoras with a pack of Gold Golems :( I was even afraid to stand near them :D. He also took a nearby Utopia and headed towards me. I had to quickly gather all my forces and attack (Figure 3). I immediately cast Blind, setting the priorities for this battle. Roman, after thinking, paid a tribute... Then I ran for the Quest for the Grail, towards the Sorcerers, and he went back to his starting location, probably for more Utopias. After a couple of turns, he returned with very strong stats. I had to move to another starting location. After that, we ran around for a very long time, sometimes taking risks (Figure 4), capturing central and other castles from each other. In the end, I accumulated more gold (I didn't have either Town Portal or Earth magic at Goshan's location) than he did (Figure 5), and I attacked. I thought for a long time about whether to equip with Archangel Armor or Amulet of the Titans with Orb, and I chose the second option (Figures 6-8).
