RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

Here are a couple more ideas:
Replace the Dragon Utopia with the Shantiir Ruins,
featuring Shantiir Titans and Shantiir Golems.
And the elementals (the neutral ones, not a faction) could be replaced with elves (small elven units that ended up behind Irollan), and accordingly, the elemental tower could be replaced with some kind of elven tower, and the magic forge (that place where you can hire elementals) could be replaced with an elven cave where they can be hired (you could use the "Tieru's House" object).
