For me, the most impressive units are the Death Knight/Death Lord, because with their Death skill, they can defeat any creature in Heroes if the battle is 1/1. The exception is the Lava Golem, as it doesn't affect elementals, the Ghost Dragon, as it doesn't affect undead, and Phoenixes - they are reborn, which gives a big bonus to the living creature.
