It's been a while since the game, but I remember the details. I got 7 Angels with Concentration at the starting point, and I had a decent amount of gold. I still had one more restart available, but I didn't see the point in using it. There were two possible routes: one through the Efreet group, and the other through the Minotaurs (as it turned out, this was a section of the map with a town, separated by mountains, leading directly to the opponent's starting point). Throughout the week, Brissa kept appearing in the opponent's tavern, with his Spell Power increasing daily, and I realized that the opponent was planning to defeat me with magic. I planned to attack on day 123, but I delayed because I wanted to grab the bracers from the starting point. On one of the turns, Brissa appeared near the Minotaurs (as I said, this was the only route from his starting point to mine :D). So, if I hadn't delayed for a day, I would have probably been defeated during the rush before the main attack.

In the end, I lost to Fortress. The Bolt spell with the Air Mastery upgrade on Brissa was the deciding factor. I had the bracers, but I was just a little short on creatures - the opponent was left with 3 or 4 ducks.
