Kyrre of level 16 with Boots of Speed and Stables was tearing across the field like a frenzied mare and scooping up everything that wasn't nailed down.
The mana pool turned out to be larger, plus the Griffin Conservatory 1st level snatched from right under the nose, and the 1 Spell Point on Tazar left no chances.

I overcomplicated things with the chains; in the end, 100 gold wasn't enough for the Hydras in the castle on week 1. On week 2, I picked up a couple of Dwarf Cottages and was getting ready for the Conservatory, but then the opponent showed up and left no chance. The fast roads let me down; the opponent didn't deviate anywhere and came straight at me. Thanks for the game.
