Started playing without their own respawns, since I was given Monere, a non-central respawn, and a Griffin Conservatory was visible) Air elementals weren't standing, but overall it looked decent: no scary blocks.

On the first week, scouting was done and I took the native secondary town, where I immediately bought air elementals and fairies to speed up subsequent fights. I cleared a sword +3 attack, chests gave a pendant +1 speed and a shield +2, which forced me to adjust plans and not go for boots, but take the crypt. Birds spawned.

Monere at level 4 wanted fire magic - didn't take it, at level 8 learned earth magic. Another Griffin Conservatory was scouted, but it turned out to be 3-4 with grail - can't go there, but then another one was found nearby. Mona went for it - down to 250... No choice, dove in) Even though there was no oil or shield, it went well, without losing birds and still had a decent amount of air elementals left - a few. Next day I brought more meat and took a 3-stack with grail) With 6 angels you can go for the three-way fight) I used the scout to take the Griffin Conservatory discovered on the first day - a double.

Monere went underground, took the red Necropolis secondary there. Defeated Septic and Aenain to learn oil. Then Monere went to the opponent's main respawn, almost reached the castle, but attacking was too dangerous, since their army there was comparable to mine + castle towers.

On night 127, red Erdammon attacked. There: 5 birds, 6 angels, about 37 air elementals, 5 psychics, 1 fire elemental. Me: 8 angels, 1 psychic, 4 birds, about 19 air elementals, 1 fairy, and a fairy stack up to 50. Erdammon also has an artifact for +1 speed, but has leveled fire magic, not earth. Expert protection does not affect birds and angels, and air elementals and fairies weren't the strike stack anyway.
