Inside the church, there were far more people than one might have expected. Numerous residents of Sharshara prayed to the Lord and asked him to protect the city from evil, to keep their families safe from misfortune, and so on. Mostly, these were those who had only recently mocked the Kalevrit faith. Only three stood out from the main crowd: namely, the bishop and two warriors.
