Since the application was submitted after the tournament registration period ended, I will add you to the reserve list.

Priority for substitution will be given to players who lost in the qualifying rounds. Players in the qualifying rounds who did not play their match within the specified time will not be added to the reserve list.

Also, please note that a player will be substituted for a player who has withdrawn or been disqualified if there is a tournament-relevant reason to do so (a theoretical possibility for the substitute player to advance from the group).

I would also like to remind all participants that the tournament rules state:
Participant Requirements:
5. Participants must be able to play 1 game per week. The preferred time for playing is 7 PM - 12 AM Moscow time on weekdays and 12 PM - 12 AM Moscow time on weekends.
Organizational Matters:
6. Technical results will be recorded for matches that are not played within the specified time.

We will not wait for anyone or chase after them.
Tournament matches must be played within the specified time frame. For violations of the game schedule, the organizers and tournament judges may impose penalties on the player, up to and including disqualification from the tournament.
