Technical issues with Heroes III.

I updated to Windows 10. In the game, the movement became jerky, and the cursor started lagging. Compatibility mode doesn't help. I hope I can get help here. Also, I can't update the HD mod; it says: "This program does not support the version of Windows on your computer."
