Meetings of the Local Council of Mapmakers.

I reiterate my proposal for the topic of the next LZMС meeting.
1) Adopt the following provisions: Each clan must develop and publish its clear charter so that those wishing to join can immediately see where they are going. And, in addition, for the sake of openness in inter-clan relations, each clan must publish the results of its internal tournaments (possibly by posting a starting save for general review).
2) Clarify the relationship between the LZMС and clans not belonging to the league, as well as individual forum users not belonging to clans.
