"Newcomer - 2015. Summer"

The Tournament Новичок is not a PERSONAL tournament of the SKD, but is one of only 3-4 regular tournaments on the HeroesWorld website (Новичок, Lyubimchiki, OFB and possibly M200), therefore introducing changes should be done according to a specific system (discussion on the website, a vote, adoption of changes).

Accordingly, the introduction of RADICAL changes UNILATERALLY by the SKD (essentially a newcomer to the website) caused indignation among people who are NOT INDIFFERENT to the life of the website!

Why is everyone attacking the organizer? In all tournaments, there used to be a clause allowing playing TB by mutual agreement; this clause is even present in the rules of the winter Новичок, which hasn't ended yet. Now HotA is gradually replacing TB in this clause.
Regarding making changes to the rules of regular tournaments - it's simply laughable, start with Romantik then, who runs OFB and FB with a new set of rules each time.
As for different templates, I think that overall this is bad; it's better for a beginner to play just one. This is important, for example, to avoid getting confused with the rules when having little practice. But I highly doubt that SMKA should remain that one template.
