Necropolis or Castle (Which one is stronger?)

On the "Small" map, Tant can defeat any hero from a Castle, even if the Castle develops more slowly. And a Dread Knight is definitely stronger than Champions, and the "lynch" tactic isn't as weak as some claim. Building a mausoleum costs 2000 gold (the cheapest of the 5th-tier buildings).
